On 9/18/92, the Commission adopted a Memorandum Opinion and Order which eliminated the requirement that broadcast applicants report pending litigation. The portion of the question with pending litigation has been eliminated. The form has also been redesigned for inclusion of fee collection data, forfeiture clause, and Anti-Drug Abuse Act certification. The data is used by FCC staff to confirm that the station has been built to terms specified in the outstanding construction permit.
