Although not part of the formal organizational structure, these centers and advisors provide a flexible, interim mechanism for HRSA to focus significant projects and crosscutting efforts. Should we find that permanent organizational structures are necessary, we will establish such structures in future notices. Finally, we are changing the title of the officials who manage our four program bureaus from ``Bureau Director'' to ``Associate Administrator'' to reflect their status as a critical part of the corporate HRSA organization.
