In the event that the Committee were to change one or more Auto-Ex parameters, the minutes of the Committee's meetings would state the change in market conditions, competitive environment or other circumstances that caused the Committee to change the parameter(s) in question. The proposed rule also would provide that the Committee would be able to delegate its authority to one or more Floor Governors, and that the Committee would meet promptly to review a Governor's decision in the event that a Governor were to act pursuant to delegated authority.
